贵州水土保持林价值计算方法探讨

本文从贵州实际出发，运用经济管理学理论和林木生长发育规律，在系统分析水土保持林价值构成因素以及各因素之间关系的基础上，建立起一个能满足以树种（类型）为单元的水土保持林价值计算模型。在为水土保持林价值的评估、征占、置换、流转、买卖等活动提供计量、计价依据和方法的同时，还为水土保持林所有者和经营者提供了增加效益的方向与技术关键。     

阔叶红松林主要树种幼树对干旱胁迫的响应

以组成我国北方典型阔叶红松林森林生态系统的主要树种水曲柳、红松、蒙古栎、紫椴和核桃楸为研究对象,模拟不同土壤水分变化对树木生物量、光合特征和水分利用率的影响,分析我国北方典型森林生态系统对未来气候干旱化的响应及适应机制,提出北方典型森林生态系统对未来气候变暖引起的对干旱化的响应与适应对策。     

Intestinal absorption of forsythoside A in different compositions of Shuang-Huang-Lian

Shuang-Huang-Lian (SHL), a traditional Chinese formula containing Lonicerae japonicae flos (LJF), Scutellariae radix (SR) and Forsythiae fructus (FF), is commonly used to treat acute upper respiratory tract infection, acute bronchitis and light pneumonia. Forsythoside A is one of the main active ingredients in Forsythiae fructus, a key herb in SHL. In the present study, effects of different compositions in SHL on the intestinal absorption of forsythoside A were investigated. The observations from in situ intestinal circulation model showed that A/%(h^− 1) of forsythoside A in FF + LSF, FF + SR and SHL were all reduced greatly compared with that in FF. However, in pharmacokinetics study, C_max and AUC_0 → 1440 of forsythoside A all increased and T_1/2 prolonged in SHL, FF + LJF and FF + SR compared with FF. The results indicated that the different compositions of SHL decreased absorption but increased bioavailability of forsythoside A, which may be related to its metabolism inhibited in intestine or liver.     

The effect of aqueous extract of gross and commercial yerba mate (Ilex paraguariensis) on intra-abdominal and epididymal fat and glucose levels in male Wistar rats

This study analyzed the plasma lipid profile, glucose levels and fat deposits in male rats treated with aqueous extract of gross yerba mate, commercial yerba mate or water. Yerba mate treatment did not change body weight gain and lipid profile. The consumption of gross yerba mate significantly increased blood glucose (6.6 mmol/L) as compared to the water (4.8 mmol/L) and commercial group (5.2 mmol/L) and decreased epididymal and intra-abdominal deposits (10.1 mg/g and 23.7 mg/g of weight) as compared to the water (15.4 mg/g and 36.9 mg/g of weight) and commercial group (12.5 mg/g and 28 mg/g of weight). The results suggest that gross yerba mate reduces fat more efficiently but produces a greater increase in blood glucose when compared to commercial yerba mate and water groups.     

生物技术在药用植物育种中的研究现状

生物技术是一门建立在现代生命科学理论基础上的技术，随着生命科学领域研究的突飞猛进，生物技术变得更加强有力，已渗透到工业、农业、医学、林业等各个领域，并发挥着日益重要的作用。综述了细胞工程、基因工程、分子标记技术等生物技术在药用植物育种中的研究现状，展示了生物技术作为一项重要的育种技术，在提高中药材品质、保护药用植物资源方面的应用前景。     

Function and value of water conservation in different age classes of Acacia mangium plantations

For this paper, we studied the water-holding capacity of canopy, vegetation layer under canopy and litter layer, the water-holding capacity and permeability of soil as well as their changes with growth of stands in Acacia mangium plantations of three different age classes (four-, seven-and 11-year-old). Results show that total water-holding above ground in the order of 11-year stand age (52.86 t/hm²)>seven-year stand age (41.90 t/hm²)>seven-year stand age (25.78 t/hm²), the increment tendency increased with stand age. Similar sequence also obtained on the water-holding capacity and permeation capacity of soil (0–40 cm). The total water-storage capacity both above ground and soil in four-year-old, seven-year-old and 11-year-old of A. mangium plantations were 2,023.0, 2,158.4 and 2,260.4 t/hm², respectively, and the all value of water conservation were 1,372.70, 1,474.42 and 1,549.91 yuan (RMB)/hm², respectively. 小陇山林区主要林分对降水的再分配

选择锐齿栎、油松、华山松和落叶松林分为对象，系统同步观测了大气一次性降水过程中，不同郁闭度梯度林分群体的林冠透过降水、树干流量、林冠层截留量与大气降水历时、降水强度变化的基本数据。用数量级化理论(I)和线性方程，动态地描绘出各分量随大气降水变化而变化的趋势。揭示出林分对降水的再分配以及求算1年内不同时段林地补给水量的可靠方程。     

卫生间楼地面管孔补洞施工质量控制

本文对建筑施工及使用过程中出现的卫生间楼地面渗漏问题,做了广泛的调查及研究,并提出了相关的解决方法和补救措施。     

不同基肥混合施用对杉木种子出苗影响的研究

采用正交试验方法 ,对过磷酸钙、菜籽饼粉及复合肥不同的施肥水平影响杉木种子出苗情况进行了效果对比试验。结果表明 :混合施用过磷酸钙与复合肥的处理组合均能促进杉木种子出苗 ,最佳组合为每hm2 混合施用 75 0kg过磷酸钙及 375kg复合肥 ,出苗率比对照高出 30 3%。
